ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) is pleased to present the 17th art exhibition "ADF Art Gallery Project" by artist Hidetaro Takatsu, from October 26th (Wednesday) to November 8th (Wednesday), 2022.

This is a solo exhibition by Shutaro Takatsu, who celebrated his 10th anniversary as an artist in October this year.

The following are Mr. Takatsu's words.
"Ten years ago, when I was working for a company in Tokyo, I thought, 'I want to leave something that only I can make,'" he said. "The feeling I had about that became stronger and stronger.Then I looked at the pictures I drew in my spare time in the apartment where I lived alone at the time, and that was it! With this intuition, I quit my company and began a career as a painter.

Since then, the last 10 years have been a "solo with originality.To date, I have been able to exhibit in various places, meet many people and have a private gallery and museum. This is his third solo exhibition in Tokyo after Ginza and Kagurazaka. On display are dozens of his works from 2012, when he first appeared as a painter, to the present. In addition, an 8-minute video summarizing his progress over the past 10 years is constantly playing on the exhibition venue's screen.

This time I have chosen my favorite word "Kokoro no Mama Ni" as the title for my solo exhibition. Please take a look at the work I have been drawing "with my heart" for 10 years. Admission is free, so feel free to stop by".
