The Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo will hold the MOT Collection exhibition "Seven Beauties in the Bamboo Forest: Small Glow, Pre-30th Anniversary Exhibit: Leiko IKEMURA and Mark MANDERS - Rising Light / Still Moment t" from December 14, 2024 (Saturday) to March 30, 2025 (Sunday).Works from the diverse collection of the Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo (MOT) are presented in various combinations under new themes to convey the appeal of the collection from new perspectives.

The 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa Presents Dancing with All: The Ecology of Empathy
To celebrate its 20th anniversary, the museum hosts this exhibition from November 2, 2024 to March 16, 2025, exploring empathy, interconnectedness, and the relationship between humans, nature, and technology.

Toyota Municipal Museum of Art 2024 Collection Exhibition II - Living / Rooms

Towada Art Center Taninaka Yuske: Choose Grief
From December 7, 2024, to March 23, 2025, Taninaka Yuske’s first solo exhibition at the Towada Art Center explores the human body's fragility through installations, sculptures, and performances, addressing aging, illness, and the evolving relationship between body and technology.

POLA Museum of Art: COLORS – The Secrets of Color from Impressionism to Contemporary Art
From December 14, 2024, the POLA Museum of Art presents the exhibition COLORS – The Secrets of Color from Impressionism to Contemporary Art. This exhibition focuses on the role of color in modern and contemporary art, exploring the relationship between color theory and materials used for expression. It revisits the history of color from the 19th-century Impressionists, who revolutionized color with tube oil paints, to the Fauvism and Abstract painting movements of the 20th century, as well as contemporary art that challenges the viewer’s physical perception through the influence of color, primarily through painting, sculpture, and installations.

NTT ICC: evala – Emerging Site / Disappearing Sight
NTT Intercommunication Center [ICC] presents "evala: Emerging Site / Disappearing Sight" from December 14, 2024, to March 9, 2025. The exhibition showcases evala's "See by Your Ears" series, a unique auditory art experience that explores sound as a way of perceiving and imagining the world beyond sight.
