	¡ÚADF Web Magazine¡Û100-year-old Victorian architecture by Kripper Studio
	ADCO Realty commissioned Kripper Studio to restore and completely redesign a historic Victorian-style home into a modern and elegant duplex with expanded living space. The original single-family home was converted into a duplex in the 1990s. Kripper Studio focused on embracing the potential of the entire building and creating two reconfigured, modern, self-contained apartments within the architectural charm of a century-old Victorian home.

	Kuwaiti architecture firm Studio Toggle has won a big prize at the prestigious A+ International Architecture Awards, presented by the well-known magazine Architizer. The practise, led by architects Hend Almatrouk and Gijo Paul George, won the coveted Popular Choice Award in the Best Young Practise category, beating out four other finalists from the United Kingdom and China, who were selected from more than 5,000 nominations from over 100 countries.
