	The 50th cycle of the WA Awards 10+5+X is now accepting entries. The submission deadline is March 31, 2025, at 23:59 GMT +0. Architects, architectural firms, interior designers, interior design firms, and students of architecture and interior design are all encouraged to participate. This is a special opportunity to present exceptional architectural and design projects on an international platform. ADF (NPO Aoyama Design Forum) is proud to support the WA Awards as a media partner.

	The New York Build Expo 2025
	The New York Build Expo 2025, the largest construction and design show for New York and the Tri-State region, will take place on March 12-13, 2025, at the Javits Center, New York City. Officially supported by the State of New York, this premier event draws over 40,000 registered visitors and showcases the industry's latest innovations. NPO ADF (Aoyama Design Forum) proudly supports The New York Build Expo 2025 as a media partner.

	GARDE Opens New Art Gallery ¡ÈGoCA by Garde¡É in New York City
	On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, interior design company GARDE has opened a new art gallery in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood, "GoCA (Gallery of Contemporary Art) by Garde," on January 30, 2025. Spanning 2,400 square feet, "GoCA by Garde" serves as a base for promoting Japanese and Asian artists to the U.S. and the world through a diverse range of contemporary artworks, including paintings, sculptures, and ceramics. At every level, 4 apartments, each with 4 bedrooms and living spaces, are planned in each quadrant to allow visibility and views of 2 adjacent sides of the surroundings, with hills in the distance in all directions.
