NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF) decided to hold its annual international design award again this year under the new name of "ADF Design Award" to make it more global.
This year's design theme will be "Design for Architecture".
We are looking for architectural works that are not only the beauty in appearance but also the process of the design is original and innovative. Further, the architectural works must be beneficial to humans and consider the environment. We are looking for challenging architectural works to break new ground in the world of architectural design in the following categories:
1. Hospitality
2. Commercial & Office
3. Education & Sports
4. Cultural Buildings
5. Public Architecture
Based on (1) beauty, (2) innovation, (3) usefulness, and (4) regional/cultural/chronological characteristics, the best entries will be selected through a rigorous screening process by a distinguished panel of juries active worldwide.
As in the past, ADF will set up a venue at Fuori Salone during the “Milano Salone (Salone Internazionale del Mobile)”, the world's largest furniture trade fair scheduled for April 2023. We will exhibit the award-winning work and host a reception party inviting juries and authorized people to disseminate your works to the world. We also plan to exhibit the award-winning work at the ADF Gallery in Tokyo, Japan.
The award outline will be announced as soon as the details are finalized.
We look forward to receiving your entries that will be presented to the world at the Milano Salone, attracting the world's attention.
