“ADF Design Award 2025” winners and award-winning works25 03 12 UP NPO Aoyama Design Forum (ADF), a non-profit organization, announced the results of the judging for the "ADF Design Award 2025", an award for architects from around the world, and has decided on the Grand Prize-winning work and the Category Excellence Award. The Grand Prize went to Boris Bežan (BAX studio), Mara Partida (Mendoza Partida studio). Hector Mendoza (Mendoza Partida studio, Maria Mestres (Mestres Wåge architects) and Magnus Wåge (Mestres Wåge architects). The Excellence Award went to Sofia Fors (Fors Arkitekter) and Fernando Menis. Congratulations to all the winners.

International Architecture Scholarship “Gottfried Bohm Scholarship” Now Open for Applications25 03 10 UP Under the patronage of the City of Cologne, the "Gottfried Böhm Scholarship" is now accepting applications until May 31, 2025. This scholarship is designed for architects and urban planners with a strong interest in the relationship between architecture and urban development. Selected scholars will participate in a one-year residency program in Cologne from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, where they will explore the future of the city and its surroundings through innovative research and design.

GARDE Opens New Art Gallery “GoCA by Garde” in New York City25 01 20 UP On the occasion of its 40th anniversary, interior design company GARDE has opened a new art gallery in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood, "GoCA (Gallery of Contemporary Art) by Garde," on January 30, 2025. Spanning 2,400 square feet, "GoCA by Garde" serves as a base for promoting Japanese and Asian artists to the U.S. and the world through a diverse range of contemporary artworks, including paintings, sculptures, and ceramics.

ADF Special Award Winner at MIID REKA Awards 202424 12 10 UP The Malaysian Interior Designers Association (MIID), the representative body of the Malaysian interior design industry, has announced the winners of the MIID REKA Awards 2024.
